How to Buy From USFans
Last updated
Start here if you've never ordered through an agent. USFans stocks and sells nothing of its own — it acts on your behalf: you point it at a listing on Weidian, Taobao or 1688, it buys the item, receives it into its warehouse, photographs it for you, and holds it until you decide what ships and how. Everything below follows that sequence, from finding something worth buying to the parcel landing at your door. The first order is the only one that feels complicated.
The quickest start is straight from the USFans Spreadsheet — every find is already sorted by category with a working link attached, so you skip the hunt through Reddit, Discord and Yupoo.
1. Find a product
USFans has no catalog of its own, so you start with a link. On this site every item already carries a working USFans link — open a category, pick something, done. If you've found a product elsewhere, paste any Weidian, Taobao or 1688 URL into the USFans search bar and the page builds itself. Only have a screenshot? Reverse image search will look for matches.
2. Open the item on USFans
Click through from a listing here, or paste your own link. USFans rebuilds the product page in English with the seller's options — colour, size, version — intact. You'll need a free account to order and to see the full QC gallery later, and it's worth creating it now rather than at checkout: new-user coupons are applied at registration and can't be added to an account afterwards. Register here to have 40% off shipping applied automatically.
3. Choose size, colour and version
Two things decide whether this order goes right, and both live on the listing page. The first is batch or version: the same design often exists in several production runs that differ in materials and finishing, and listings rarely spell out which one is on offer — Yupoo seller albums and community comparison threads are where those differences get documented. The second is size. Sizing is standard and generally true to size, so your usual size is the right starting point, but the chart beside the listing beats the letter on it every time. Anything you're unsure about, put in a note to the agent along with your measurements.
4. Place the order and pay
Add the item to your cart and check out. Enter your details, accept the terms and pay. Note that this covers the product and its domestic shipping to the warehouse only — international shipping is charged separately later, once your parcel exists and can be weighed. If your card is refused, top up your USFans balance and pay from stored funds.
5. Track the order stages
The order moves through clear statuses: Pending (waiting on an agent) → Purchased (agent bought it) → Seller Shipped (on its way to the warehouse) → Warehouse Received (checked in). Domestic shipping in China is fast, but it varies by seller. Once it's checked in, your QC photos unlock.
6. Review the QC photos
Warehouse staff photograph the exact item reserved for you — not the seller's marketing shots. Check stitching, logos, materials, colour and condition. This is your last checkpoint before international shipping, so take your time: on shoes look at the sole unit and toe-box, on garments check prints and seams, on bags check the hardware. If something's wrong, raise it before you approve.
7. Choose shipping and finalise
Happy with the QC? Approve the item and pick a shipping line — USFans offers several, so you can trade speed against cost. Use the shipping estimator to see real weight and dimensions, apply your shipping coupon, and consider dropping bulky packaging like shoeboxes, since freight is charged on volume as well as weight. Confirm, and your parcel is packed and sent with a tracking number.
8. Receive your parcel
Follow the tracking until it lands. How long that takes is down to the line you picked back at checkout, and there is nothing left on your side to do. That is a complete USFans order.
